We are dedicated to providing a unique multicultural day centre for senior citizens, with a focus on creating a culturally sensitive atmosphere and ethos. We are open on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays and offer a wide variety of special activities that reflect our rich cultures and heritages, all aimed at promoting the complete well-being of our members. Milaap further ensures that we provide freshly cooked, nutritious, and culturally sensitive food that caters to the specific needs of each individual member.
Our Aim is
- To provide a friendly social day care centre for older people from diverse multicultural backgrounds.
- To promote overall feeling of well-being through mentally and physically stimulating activities.
- To promote integration and understanding amongst people from different backgrounds and cultures while raising awareness on current, social, and health issues.
- To provide specialised health care advice, active listening therapy and counselling services.
- To provide freshly cooked hot vegetarian lunch.
- To provide meals delivery and meals take away service.
- To provide door-to-door transportation services.
- To meet internal and external agency needs, we offer interpreters in Asian languages
